about her

 Ko Sarah toku ignoa
Waka (pronounced "woh-kar") means vessel- or canoe in  Te Reo Maori
Māori
Tote (pronounced toe-teh) means to be salted, to add salt.
I like the meaning, and I like the visual these words create in my mind.
This has nothing to do with me, but I feel it's a great thing to write, until I know what to write.

Photography is something I have done since young. It helps me frame a world and look at it with meaning. It has been the only way to share what I love doing, with the ones I love.

Writing is something I have done for years, but something I have never been able to hone. This is an attempt.

currently

I'm currently residing on Christmas Island. Freelance working in conservation and outdoor education is my career and profession. It is what takes me throughout mainland Australia , Aotearoa, Christmas Island and now, Mongolia.
However, my home is Western Australia. That is most likely where you'll find me and my heart.

Thanks for being here x.
